Welcome to Velonyx Ventures Pvt Ltd, INR-to-cryptocurrency conversion services and planning to expand into a comprehensive payment gateway in India. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform.

We convert INR payments (via UPI or bank transfer) to cryptocurrency, depositing it into client accounts within 24 hours after transaction ID submission. We do not store or control user wallets, including those of clients like Spinx Club, a gambling entity.
Future services will include a payment gateway for merchants, processing UPI, cards, and bank transfers, to be launched once fully set up.

Users and brands must be 18+, comply with Indian laws, and provide KYC as required (via brand or directly). Future payment gateway users must meet RBI standards.

Brands must supply user KYC if collected; otherwise, users must submit KYC (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN) to proceed. Non-compliance voids service access.
Future payment gateway KYC will follow merchant and user verification protocols.

Users submit INR via UPI QR or bank details displayed on partner platforms. Transaction IDs must be provided; delays or errors are user/brand responsibility.
Future payment gateway terms will outline merchant payouts and user refunds.

Velonyx Ventures is not liable for payment processing errors, crypto market fluctuations, third-party data breaches, or their business activities (e.g., gambling). We are a payment processor only, with no control over client wallets or operations.
Future payment gateway liability will extend to merchant and user transactions.

No money laundering, fraud, or use of mixers/privacy coins. Violations lead to account suspension and STR filing with FIU-IND.

We may terminate services for non-compliance, with 7 days’ notice unless immediate action is required (e.g., illegal activity), applicable to current and future services.

Governed by Indian law, with disputes resolved in Indian courts.
